Academy Awards Best Original Song

And the Award for Best Original Song goes to……Randy Newman for the song “We Belong Together” from the movie Toy Story 3. Randy wrote the music and lyrics for the award winning song. His acceptance speech was funny. He said his percentages were bad, that he had been nominated 20 times and this was only the second win! He also said, couldn’t they have found another song to nominate?? There were only 4 songs nominated, but he also said that if they nominated another song it would have beat him…
